In the shade of the medieval tower of San San Niccolò, on the Lungarno Cellini, chef Ariel Hagen with his team treats his customers to creative dishes made with the freshest ingredients available. The strength of Jeanette and Claus Thottrup’s restaurant is, in fact, the use of natural ingredients which come straight from their Borgo Santo Pietro farm, located just a few kilometers from the magnificent church of San Galgano, near Siena.
