And yet that’s just the case for this three Michelin starred restaurant, which, despite its hard-earned pedigree, continues to amaze and seduce. A whirlwind of emotions from exemplary service directed by Alessandro Tomberli to refined and yet concrete dishes served in a luxurious and cosmopolitan setting. And the cellar is legendary too! Spaghetti ‘alla chitarra’, seafood with breadcrumbs of bottarga (salted cured fish roe). Mora Romagnola sucking pig with radicchio, asparagus and marinated green beans. Pear with coffee and citrus notes. But beware: it’s hard to secure a table at this gastronomic shrine…
